Desired Skills and Experience

Education:

Bachelor degree in Architecture

​

Experience:

• Thirty-six (36) months of experience in Architectural Drafting.

• Proficiency in Auto-CAD and 3ds Max, & Revit is required.

​

Duties:

• Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) software to prepare detailed drawings and convert architectural designs and plans into technical drawings.

• Coordinate with builders, engineers, and other project workers to ensure compliance with design specifications.

• Prepare cost estimates and contracts for specific projects, when requested by architect or project manager.

• Review building codes and other site requirements to determine potential design effects.
